What You Can Learn in this Course

The ancient Chinese knew there was nothing more important to the health of a dynasty than the fertility of the women and the virility of the men. They also understood that these qualities are the manifestation of vibrant health; their absence is the result of imbalanced health. The Chinese had no pharmaceutical drugs, technological gadgets, laboratories, or any accoutrements of modern living, yet they achieved levels of wellness rarely seen today.

This class will teach new viewpoints about lifestyle, work, play, food, disease, and wellness, based on tried-and-true principles passed down for millennia, yet largely unknown to Westerners. The physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies will be addressed, because true health occurs only when all bodies are in harmony. We will discuss concepts specifically relevant to male and female fertility and the lack thereof.

  • If you are struggling with infertility and do not know what to try next,
this is the class for you.
  • If fertility is not a goal but vitality and peak performance is,
this is the class for you.
  • If you have ever wondered if acupuncture can help you with a particular problem,
this is the class for you.
