Seriously, this is important information — although I’m not taking anything too seriously these days. I'm feeling so un-serious that I decided to experiment with different newsletter styles. This one’s a Mercola parody… but the blog’s for real.

I keep hearing people say, “Oh, yeah. This is gonna be a great year!” My initial forays into it suggest that it’s going to be a pretty strange year. Not great, not terrible — just a little weird. I’m perfectly content to being proven wrong.

Regardless, I plan to enjoy it. Hope you do, too!
